Interested in RYLA 9630?

To attend the RYLA program you need to be sponsored by either a Rotary Club in the 9630 District or your employer (referred to as corporate sponsorship). Please see below for details on these different types of sponsorship.

Rotary Sponsorship

If you would like to attend RYLA but you are unable to have an employer sponsor you to attend, then Rotary sponsorship may be an option for you. If you have a connection with a Rotary Club then you could directly discuss sponsorship with a club. If however, you don’t know any Rotarians in the 9630 District and you are unable to obtain corporate sponsorship, then contact this years coordinators of the program (details available through the Contact Us button). There are some Rotary Clubs that agree to sponsor a participant but do not have anyone in mind to send. The program coordinators can arrange for you to be introduced to a Club that is able to sponsor you.

If you are sponsored by Rotary to attend RYLA then the Club has agreed to either pay in full or part pay for you to attend the 7-day residential camp. It is important that you contact the Club sponsoring you and determine if they would like you to attend one or more of their meetings. Your sponsoring Club may want to meet you prior to attending RYLA as an opportunity for you to introduce yourself and or they may like you to visit their Club after the program to speak about your RYLA experience.

Participants sponsored by Rotary need to register online and the Rotary Club will be required to organise the payment of $650.00 however, there is an early bird price of $550.00 for payments made before 30th April.

Corporate Sponsorship

If you think that your employer might fund your attendance on RYLA, as a professional development opportunity, then you may like to access the RYLA Brochure to discuss the program with your organisation. Alternatively, direct your employer to this website to view the program outcomes outlined on the Home Page.

Once your employer has approved for you to attend the program, register online and organise for your employer to pay the corporate program fee of $1,250.00. All you need to organise after this is your time off work. On your return from RYLA, your employer may ask you to present on your experience and what you learnt through the program.
